FUN IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

A NOTE TO PARENTS

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PE TO START THE YEAR OFF!

Hello Trinity Families!!!!!

I am so excited to get this year started. After a couple of years of difficult circumstances, it finally feels like this year can be back to normal.

I want to reach out with some basic information on expectations for PE class. Students in classes 4th – 6th, are required to dress for PE. This means that students should have proper footwear and a change of clothing, top and bottom. All clothing must be school appropriate. It is acceptable to have designs and writing on their PE clothes, as long as it follows the school guidelines. Not only does this ensure that we are able to move and groove comfortably, but it teaches students to be responsible and accountable. Not being prepared with their change of clothing (both top and bottom) and proper sneakers, will affect their grade.

Students in grades Pre-K – 3rd should follow the school dress code provided. The only thing I ask is that on PE days, students wear sneakers and remember that they will be physically active. Please do not send your child in a dress or skirt on PE days.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our Trinity Knights active and having fun!

Let’s have a great year! See you all soon!
