Weekly Challenge # 2
Hello wonderful children! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I am so excited for this lesson We are so lucky to have such an amazing community full of very talented people who dedicate their time, talent and love to our school.
Big thanks to Mrs. Tarbell for last week’s awesome fitness video that concentrated on our muscles.
This week Parker’s Aunt Allison will be guiding us through a wonderful flexibility activity to help us understand what flexibility is and why it is important.
What is flexibility?
Well, the easiest way I can describe it is how bendy our bodies are. It is very important that our muscles and other parts of our body are bendy (flexible) so that we can have better movement (range on motion).
At the end of this week, we will be trying some fun moves to see how bendy (flexible) you are!
For today’s lesson, I would like you and your family to check out the new weekly challenge ( you can find the answers to last week’s riddles at the bottom of my page). I would also like for you to do your best to complete as much of Ms. Allison’s flexibility video. When you are done, please send me an email telling me what Ms. Allison did to conclude the video, this will be your exit ticket.
